Daily Devotional: The Transformed Heart
Brothers, have you ever felt that somewhere in the dazzle of this rushing world, the voice of your soul has slowed down? In this world we often put a mask on our face to look perfect in the eyes of others but continue to feel a strange emptiness from the inside. Sometimes we get so caught up in this that we even forget who we really are, and if you are feeling the same way, then dear ones, today the Lord is lovingly saying to you, "Just enough is enough; now stop molding yourself in the mold of this world and come back." He wants to meet not with our outward appearances but with our true, sometimes broken and thirsty hearts. When we lay our weariness, our burdens, and our artificiality at his feet, he gradually begins to turn the ashes of our lives into beauty. This transformation begins not only from above but also from the depths of our being, where true peace and new life are born.
We know that the customs of this world often draw us to selfishness, pride, and temporary pleasures, which in the end prove to be only mortification for us. The more we run after these things, the more empty we become of God. Just as Daniel chose not to defile himself with the king's delicious food during slavery, we too must learn to separate ourselves from the wrong thinking and habits of this age. I know it is not easy, but it is possible when we trust in God because there is only yes and no. As we fill our minds with the truth of God's Word, our old nature gradually begins to change. As it is written in Ephesians, we are to be renewed in the spirit of our mind so that we may put on the new personality that is made in God's image. But also know that this is not a one-day affair but an ongoing process in which the holy spirit patiently builds up in us a Christlike disposition.

Understanding God's will is not something difficult or complicated for us; this is the natural result of a dedicated and open heart. When our mind is new, our spiritual understanding also gradually opens up, and we begin to recognize truths that the world often does not understand. When we pray with a sincere heart, as King David did, "O God, put a clean heart within me," our thinking and our priorities begin to change. Things that once appealed to us feel faded and insignificant, and what pleases God becomes the center of our lives. A new mind gives us the understanding by which we can make a clear distinction between right and wrong, truth and illusion and walk firmly on the right path.
My dear ones, you have a profound and important choice before you today: either to continue drifting like your old humanity in the noise, pressure, and ostentation of this world or to listen calmly to the quiet and sweet voice for which our souls are yearning and which is calling us to the true life, which is Yeshua Himself. But it is self-selection because our Lord is free, so He wants all to accept Him, not by force or compulsion, but by love. Arise, then, and surrender yourselves completely to the love of Christ, for his will is not burdensome for you but is the way to true freedom and perfection. Do not lose heart, because the one who started this good work in you will also complete it. Even if the process seems slow to us, remember that it is working. Open your mind and heart to Jesus and allow him to change your thinking, your decisions, and your life, so that your life becomes a living testimony to his glory. So remind yourself every day, "Do not be like the world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. "
